Great fit for an island getaway or staycation. Central location. Short drive to the beach.

Approximately 1100sq ft new construction completed July 2020 with 10ft ceiling and lots of windows. A closet in each bedroom. Parking in the driveway and street side (free parking and no permit required).

There are no stairs inside the apartment. Toilets are ADA compliant.

• Broken house rules are grounds for immediate cancellation. No refund.

Cancellation Policies

• 100% Refund, if guests cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 100% Refund, if guests cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 50% Refund, if guests cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
• There is no refund, if guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
• Travel insurance recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Beautiful Blue Castle!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay. Cara and her mom we helpful in getting me checked in and communicated with me throughout the stay to make sure that I was comfortable.

I travel to STC frequently and will definitely book this property again if it is available.
