House Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Self check-in with smart lock
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties or events

Additional rules

• No candles, incense, grills, smoking or fires in or around the premises. $250 deep clean fee.
• No unregistered guests on the premises. $50 per unregistered guest per night.
• Must be 21 or older to check in.
• No make-up, self tanning lotions on linens and towels. Stained linens and towels fee $100.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security cameras.
• No smoking inside, outside, or around the premises.
• Lock and secure premises when leaving.
• No illegal or dangerous activities.
• Guests are required to respond to communication attempts to address any issues in a timely manner.
• Broken house rules are grounds for immediate cancellation. No refund.
